This One Time

…at bandcamp…

Yet another TDW milestone on the information superhighway. Download our stuff from here if you don’t like iTunes, or you don’t have iTunes, or if you like cheesecake.

And gosh, look at how sexy we look in the photo. It’s an old photo, but it’s a sexy photo. Sexy, sexy, sexy photo. SEX.

In other news, we have a couple new songs cresting on the horizon. Prepare to have your face rocked off, and your socks melted.

Wait…

New Stuff on TDW.C / 18th Amendment Got Repealed

thedirtywords.com just got some supplemental material up ins.

Under the ‘Music’ tab up there, you’ll find the lyrics to our album The International Machine, and under the new page ‘WDTDWD?’ you’ll find some blurbs on some of the band’s other interests (more to come on that, also, so check back).

Also, did you hear? The 18th Amendment to our Constitution of these United States got repealed today! We can all finally be furnished with alcohol from businesses, make alcohol ourselves, and transport it places without fear! Huzzah! There’s a celebratory gathering occurring at a private residence this very evening to commemorate this event, and we have been asked to supply live musical entertainment for the festivities. At last! Inebriation without consternation! Imbibition without trepidation! At last, we are free, America! Huzzah, I say again! Huzzah!

Headed (north)West

Alright. So as many of you know, we are relocating to Portland, Oregon to pursue our dreams. But before all of that, we are throwing one last party to celebrate! Here’s the rundown through a sequence of reasons to attend:

1.) It’s dave’s (you know the guy that plays the grandpa’s guitar and yells stuff at you) Mo’Fracking birthday!

2.) It’s only $5. seriously.

3.) It’s gonna be a PARTY! but not one of those wow-i’m-the-only-one-here-that-can-legally-drink-and-i-should-leave kind of party, your real life “let’s get super hammered”/”holy shit! everyone here is ‘of age’!” (if that’s your prerogative i guess) kind of PARTY!!!

4.) Anyone recall the “Dirty Word of the Gig”? guess what’s coming back…

5.) It’s not completely absolutly positively mandatory that you dress formaly, but we HIGHLY (i.e. HIGHLY!!!) recommend it.

6.) The doors open at 8:00 PM pacific standard time. not too late, even if you had to work the next morning. we’ve all done it, and made it work. just sayin’…

7.) PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!

8.) 21+ (which i guess sucks for some of you…sorry?)

9.) Apparently Aaron agreed to shine yo’ shoes….gonna get back to you about that…

10.) GGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
